Mobile app

The Bookitive organizer app for iOS and Android — live sales, order management, search, seating, ticket setup, team, audit, and box-office selling, in your pocket.

The Bookitive organizer app puts the organizer side of Bookitive on your phone — for the moments you're not at a desk: checking sales from the tram, approving an order between meetings, running the door with a torch in hand. There are two native apps, iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play), built to near-full parity: the same screens, the same workflow, whichever phone you carry. Sign in with the same account you use on the web; everything is permission-gated exactly as it is in the admin.

Getting in

Sign in with your email and password (through a quick security check), then pick your organization and event. Your selection is remembered, so the app opens where you left off. The workspace has four tabs — Overview, Orders, Search, and Menu.

What's included

  • Overview — live revenue with a scrubbable daily chart, a stat grid, check-in progress, and recent orders. The pulse of the event at a glance.
  • Orders — browse and search orders, open any one for the full detail, and act: mark paid, approve/reject held orders, change a reservation's expiry, resend emails, download tickets, cancel.
  • Search — the same ⌘K-style search as the web, across events, orders, customers, and tickets.
  • Scanning — the full door experience on both platforms; see Scanning.
  • Lock Screen Live Activity — an automatic doors countdown that flips to live admission numbers on your Lock Screen, no app open required. This one is iOS-only; see Live Activity.
  • Seating — the live seat map, tap-to-inspect with click-through to the order, plus the box-office seat picker for selling seated tickets.
  • Ticket types & price phases — review and edit on the go.
  • Customers, Team, and the Audit log — the organization views you'd reach for away from the desk.
  • Box office — sell in person, with the running total and payment method. Standing tickets on both apps; seated selling has a full-screen seat picker on Android (on iOS, sell seated from the web for now).
  • Refunds — issue refunds against an order, right from the phone.

What stays on the web

The app mirrors most of the admin, but the heavy authoring tools remain web-only — designing a seating plan, the ticket PDF designer, and full sponsor campaigns. Seated box-office selling is on Android but not yet on iOS, where you'd sell seated from the web. The app is built for operating a live event; the web is where you build it.

The app is a thin client — all state lives on the server, so the phone and the web always agree. Anything you do in the app shows on the web immediately, and vice versa.
