Tickets and orders

The pages buyers get after paying — the single ticket page with QR and wallets, the all-tickets order page, and the waitlist manage page.

After an order is paid, Bookitive gives the buyer hosted pages for their tickets. What they get depends on your delivery mode, but the pages below are the buyer's home for everything post-purchase.

The ticket page

Each ticket has its own page: the QR code front and center, the holder, seat, and type below, a PDF download, and Apple Wallet and Google Wallet buttons where the platform supports them. Wallet passes are static, so those buttons are hidden entirely for rotating delivery — where the QR refreshes continuously, and the ticket binds to the first device that opens it — a second device sees a takeover prompt governed by your transfer policy.

Opening the page stamps it as seen, which feeds your delivery stats — "who actually has their ticket?".

The order page

One order usually means several tickets, so the confirmation email also links an order page carrying every ticket — a vertical card list for standard multi-ticket orders, and a true swipeable carousel for rotating-delivery orders. For non-rotating orders the buyer can hand the whole order to one person at the door (that's the group check-in QR, suppressed for rotating-delivery orders), or share each ticket individually to the friends actually coming — no forwarding the entire email.

The waitlist manage page

A buyer on a waitlist gets a personal manage page from their confirmation email: it shows their status (waiting, or an active offer with its deadline), a claim button when they've been offered seats, and options to decline an offer or leave the queue. These actions require a deliberate click on the page — never a mere link-open — so mail scanners can't accidentally remove someone.

The ticket and order pages carry your branding and a small "powered by Bookitive" credit, and are noindex, with unguessable-token links — a buyer's tickets aren't discoverable, only reachable with the link they received. The waitlist manage page is the exception: it carries neither the "powered by" credit nor noindex.
