Check-in

Group check-in

Scan one order QR and admit the whole party at once — with partial arrivals, re-scans that show who's inside, and per-ticket atomicity.

Not verified yet

Groups arrive together: a table of ten, a family of four, one phone holding all the tickets. Group check-in admits them in one scan instead of ten — the person at the front shows their order QR (from the order page every buyer gets), and the console does the rest.

How it works

Scan the order QR

Instead of a verdict, the console opens the roster: every ticket of the order, each with its holder name, type, and seat.

Untick who's missing

Everyone still outside is pre-selected. Two friends parking the car? Untick them.

Admit

One tap admits the selected tickets. The counter jumps, the roster shows who's inside, and the group walks in as a group.

Partial arrivals are first-class

The two who parked the car arrive ten minutes later — scan the same order QR again. The roster now shows the first eight as inside and pre-selects only the remaining two. An order can trickle in across the whole evening and the state always tells the truth.

Behaviour and edge cases

  • Per-ticket atomicity. Each ticket in the batch admits independently — if one was meanwhile scanned at another door, the rest still go through and the roster flags the conflict instead of failing the whole group.
  • Individual tickets still work. Group check-in is an addition, not a replacement — guests with their own ticket QR scan normally, even if someone else in their order used the group flow.
  • Admission modes apply per ticket — a re-entry ticket in the group behaves exactly as it would alone.
  • Works in the mobile app too, with the same roster sheet.
