Exports
Orders, the guest list, and customers as XLSX, CSV, or JSON — with a column picker, localized headers, and an audit trail on every export.
Spreadsheets are how events coordinate with the rest of the world — the venue wants a guest list, the accountant wants orders, the agency wants emails. Bookitive exports all three, shaped the way you ask.
What you can export
- Orders — from an event's Orders page: references, buyers, items, amounts, statuses, payment details.
- Guest list (attendees) — from the Guest list: every ticket holder with type, seat, and arrival status. The door fallback and the printout for the venue.
- Customers — from the organization's Customers page: your whole buyer base with lifetime stats.
The export dialog
Every export runs through the same dialog:
- Format — XLSX (default; real cell types, so numbers and dates behave in Excel), CSV, or JSON for feeding other tools.
- Columns — pick exactly the fields you need; headers come out localized. The venue doesn't need buyer emails on its door list — leave them out.
Exports are audited
Every export is recorded in the audit log: who exported what, when. Customer and attendee data is personal data — the trail exists so an organization can always answer "who pulled this list?". Exporting customers is also a separate permission (customers.export) — Members don't have it by default, so view access doesn't silently mean take-the-database-home access.
Prefer live views where they work: the printed guest list starts aging the moment it leaves the printer, while the Guest list page and the check-in console stay current all night. Export for outsiders; work from the live app yourself.
